Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: 
Please allow between 5-7 days to process your order. Expect an email within 6-7 days to let you know your order is on the way! All gifts are made to order. 

Workshops that are booked will be processed once the workshop has taken place. 

STORE PICKUP -  Coralie's Crafts & Gifts, 3 Nightingale Court, Blandford, DT11 7ED
Orders can be picked up once they are ready. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. 

LOCAL DELIVERY  - This is not available at the moment.

DOMESTIC POSTAGE RATES AND ESTIMATES: 
For calculated shipping rates:  Postal charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
All postage charges are calculated on the weight of the total order.
Small items are posted via Royal Mail 2nd Class.
Small parcel and above are sent tracked via Evri - Tracking details will be added to the order once posted.

Estimated delivery time is between 2-4 days.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original 
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at coraliescraftsgifts@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
